Like you, I spent a lot of time looking at properties Wakad, Baner, and Tathawade before settling on Millennium Pacific, Tathawade, as my ideal house. The property is excellent, and I appreciated the design and all the facilities that the developer offered. In my opinion, they appear to be more than enough for everyone. The covered balcony to guarantee privacy is the most crucial aspect that we appreciated including security and open space. But their sales representative, home finance agent, and project sales manager resolved them perfectly. I've been to all of the ongoing and future developments in Tathawade, Punawale, Wakad, and other nearby locations. But I think Millenium Pacific is the most appropriate for me as it offers 2 and 2.5 BHK premium homes. Let me add one more point to the Millenium Pacific review. I had a concern regarding the approach road. But one of their representatives said the entry road won't be a problem as the road will be built by the time Millenium Pacific is finished. I'll continue to update this review as my experience continues and it will be helpful to someone.
