What are the reviews of Naren Bliss, Hadapsar, Pune?

I have recently booked a flat in Naren Bliss. I had a good experience throughout the entire process. The seller communicated information about the project, loan options, and legal approvals. The construction quality is A1. All the tiles, and fittings used in the units and common area are from premium brands. The 2 BHK Flat is sized at 1150. 0 Sq. Ft which makes the flat look spacious. I don't have any negative points to add to my Naren Bliss review. 

I think it is an excellent project with spacious rooms and efficient space usage. You will also see the balconies are more spacious than other projects in the area which makes it a unique choice to make. You will get access to several nearby localities with ease. The following are the location advantages I found in my research.

• Koregaon Park is 8 kms away

• Amanora Mall is at 1.2 km

• EON It Park is 7.5 kms away

I would always suggest this property to someone looking for a beautiful yet small housing society. 

Let me share my Naren Bliss review as I am a resident of this society. Your vehicle or bike will often hit the barrier when approaching society because the entrance gate is improperly built. The swimming pool construction was delayed but even after completion, we couldn’t use it for months. The water supply to the entire building must be turned off for any repair work in a single apartment. You cannot stop the flow of water from a few valves in bathrooms and kitchens. You could see water leaking outside the buildings due to improperly constructed water drains. These are the problems you might face.

I just wanted to take you through my Naren Bliss review as I already visited this project. I personally liked this property because it is nearby Magarpatta and Amanora and lets you get easy access to daily essentials. I noticed that the carpet area is about 850 sq ft. There will be sufficient sunlight on the balcony. I really appreciate this as I prefer proper daylight in the house. I was told that the price starts from Rs.60 Lakhs for 2 BHK flats. I think the price is reasonable given the location and the facilities. So maybe you can go with your loved ones and take a look by yourself.
