What are the reviews of Paranjape Blue Ridge, Hinjewadi, Pune?

I am writing this Blue Ridge Hinjewadi review, as I have booked an apartment here. This is an under-construction project and the expected Blue Ridge Pune possession date is by Dec 2026. This is RERA- registered and the  MahaRera Registration Number  is P52100016328. According to me, this will be a good project. I would rate 3 out of 5 to this project.

Before visiting here, I have gone through several positive Paranjape Blue Ridge reviews. The Blue Ridge Pune address is Phase 1, Hinjawadi Rajiv Gandhi Infotech Park, Hinjawadi, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Maharashtra 411057. I wanted to buy a 2 BHK apartment and got to know that the Blue Ridge Pune price of a two-bedroom apartment starts at Rs. 93 lakhs and varies depending on the floor. This is a 138-acre township project, with a 22-acre golf course. Overall I really liked this project and planning to book a unit here. 

This is a must-visit property if you are considering investing because it is situated in an IT hotspot. What I mean to say is you can expect guaranteed returns. The building is well-maintained and built and has a safe and attractive environment. I learned that it is just 1.5 km from the express highway. I also found the following location advantages in my research:

• Symbiosis International University: 1 km

• DMart Hinjewadi: 1.8 km

• Hyatt Place Hotel: 1.2 km

I inquired about a one-bedroom apartment after doing thorough research. The apartment appears nice, but neither the kitchen nor the balcony seems spacious. My family was against purchasing apartments there and gave up the plan to travel to Paranjape for that. The only factor was the distance from Pune to this township. Both from the Hinjewadi Chowk side and from the tiny road that runs through Hinjewadi village.

I paid a visit to Phase 1 of Hinjewadi Township, Blueridge as I was thinking of investing here. I think it is a little bit pricey, but well-built residences. In my opinion, Blue Ridge is amazingly constructing high-rise structures, giving it a foreign feel. Also, the township is nearly finished, and only two-fourths of the towers remain. I have seen that they offer 1, 2, 3, and 4 BR apartments starting from Rs.45 Lakhs.
