What are the reviews of Paras Tierea Sector 137, Noida?

We recently finalised the deal for a 2 BHK home in Paras Tierea. A friend of ours suggested we visit the resale flat on sale. The society is only a year old, so we were interested in it. The location of Sector 137 is also a factor we considered. There’s a good market with all the essentials close by. When it comes to the Paras Tierea unit configuration, you’ll find 1,2,3 and 4 BHK flats here. The Paras Tierea 2 BHK price is Rs. 74 lakhs, but you can find flats  somewhere close to this, depending on the seller. 

Hello Geeta. I saw you were looking for a Paras Tierea review and I’d like to share mine. We bought a 3 BHK property in this society and moved in last year. The experience has been pretty good thus far. The Paras Tierea unit size of the 3 BHK is decent, with a carpet area of 822 sq. ft. The house has good space with room for natural light to enter. The society is quite big with a total of 28 buildings and more than 4000 flats. You will get a lot of open space in the society as well, surrounded by trees and greenery. So, that’s another good part. As far as the Paras Tierea 3 BHK price is concerned, it is around Rs. 1.6 crores. I’d recommend you check the property and then see if you like it.

I am writing this Paras Tierea sector 137 Noida review because my best friend owns a unit in this project. She informed me that the association does not pay heed to the safety and maintenance of public utility equipment. There was a mishap noted in this society because of the malfunctioning of the lift. , she mentioned that the construction quality is also very poor with lots of seepage issues.

One of my friends owns an apartment here. She informed me that Paras Tierea 2 BHK price is Rs. 41.5 Lakh, and Paras Tierea 3 BHK price is Rs. 54.9 Lakh. However, when I visited this project a few months back, the sales team provided me with the Paras Tierea price list;

• Rs. 5400/-Per Sqft, for Ground to 5th floor

• Rs. 5200/-Per Sqft for 6th floor and above

Overall, I liked the flat and I was planning to buy a flat here. I also liked the Paras Tierea sector 137 location as it is connected to South Delhi with the Metro link, and is located just by the Yamuna Expressway. However, I’d really appreciate it if someone could provide me with the Paras Tierea sector 137 possession date. Thanks in advance.

Sector 137, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305. My uncle lives here and I visit him quite often.

I really love the fact that there is a market in society and all types of daily necessities stores are available, including those for groceries, prescriptions, and eating out. even though they are more expensive than the external market.

But, the construction quality is awful here. I have noticed so many seepage problems at my uncle’s flat. Even my uncle tells me that it is impossible to hang anything because of how badly the walls are plastered. Also, the parking in basements is constantly flooded and smelly. I always avoid going to the basement while wearing fine clothing and if I open the door of my car in the basement, the bad odour will remain in the car, so I avoid doing that too. There is no scope for good Paras Tierea Sector 137 Noida resale value.

Even the security and facilities are terrible. I would not suggest anyone buy a flat here.

I myself live in Paras Tierea and to be honest I have not faced a lot of problems here as an owner. There are 30 residential structures with many storeys in this vast, open society. I also really like the Paras Tierea Sector 137 Noida floor plans. They offer a sizeable apartment for all configurations. 1 BHK and studio apartment has an area of 495 sq. ft. and 2, 3 and 4 BHK apartments have an area between the range of 825-2950 sq. ft. Thanks to the society's two complexes and well-constructed towers, I would say it is one of the most livable places. Although, I have faced some problems due to the building's below-average upkeep and maintenance, which requires prompt solutions.

Apart from the Paras Tierea layout plan I also think that this society is a desirable place to live due to its close proximity to the Sector 137 Metro station and the neighbouring commercial buildings, schools, shops, and hospitals. 

I am happy living here and would definitely suggest you invest here.

Please don't buy into this society. I've stayed here for seven months, and it has been the worst experience of my life. I will tell you why.

1. The construction quality is the worst. There are only 2 lifts and about 24 flats on a single floor (including a service lift). The lift will ultimately take an eternity to arrive.

2. There is little cleanliness and the stairs and common areas smell awful.

3. The majority of the owners here have purchased a flat here to rent it out. They will guarantee a completely furnished apartment, but you will also be responsible for appliance upkeep. I have seen people getting trapped like this. So prepare to spend an additional ₹4–5,000 in addition to your monthly rent.

4. In fact, the owner may withdraw ₹3–4k from that amount when you leave the apartment in the name of security and housekeeping.

Another negative aspect of Paras is the appalling maintenance and facilities employees, who treat owners horribly. Don't go near Paras Tierra. Don't buy or invest there.

Although, I feel that Paras Tierea Noida price is manageable and not over the budget. But I would still never invest here because of the poor maintenance and amenities provided here.

Smartly situated in Noida Sector 137, this project is already home to around 1700 families. Paras Tierea has all the necessities available within the reach. It has places of worship, petrol pumps, ATMs, bus stops, etc. nearby, and Sector 141, sector 90, and sector 91 are just 3 km from this project. Access to bus stops & public transport is also very easy & convenient.

You’ll find several schools (like Vriksha School of Handwriting & Calligraphy, etc.), hospitals (like Apollo Pharmacy, Guru Clinic, Felix Hospital, etc.), malls (like Logix, etc.) close to this society.
