This project appears to be successful in the future. However, I won’t shy away from saying that it is a little expensive given the area. Because you have to pay 70 lakh for a two-bedroom flat. Although, I would like to mention in my Parkside North by Brigade that it offers all conveniences in order to have a comfortable living experience. The best thing is that senior citizens are taken into consideration when designing this construction. This is a plus point you must take into consideration.

You must read my Parkside North by Brigade review. I had some concerns which took a long time to be addressed by the management. The swimming pool is usually dirty with construction dust. The chlorine level sometimes gets too low and puts an odour on our clothes. Due to construction, there is just cement and dust everywhere. Honestly, I would think twice before booking a flat here. The management needs to be proactive and should resolve our concerns on a priority basis.

Genuinely, I was in a fix on whether to buy an apartment here or not. But I found the best advisor from their staff at the site. Let me cover my experience in this Parkside North by Brigade review. The sales representative was patient and honestly answered each of my queries. He did mention that there was a slight delay due to COVID but OC has been issued and buyers can now proceed with the registration. I believe Brigade lives up to its reputation.
