What are the reviews of Prestige Waterford, Whitefield, Bangalore?

I recently visited the Prestige Waterford address, which is in Pattandur Agrahara, Whitefield, Bangalore. I was drawn to this property because of its supreme location. This apartment not only provides excellent connectivity to IT hubs but also allows the residents to commute easily to the local markets and major roads. 

Some of the Prestige Waterford locational advantages are:

• Manipal Hospital: 6 mins

• Bus Ride to Ambedkar Nagar takes 7 mins

• Proximity of the schools like Ryan International (8.9 km) and,

• VIBGYOR High School (7.7 km)

• Shopping and Entertainment Malls like INOX Forum Value Mall in a distance of 3.5 km and,

• Big Bazar is within 3.3 km from the community.

• Excellent access to neighbouring communities, including Varthur, Channasandra, Hope farm, Kadugodi, and Hoodi.

Apart from all this, I liked the fact it falls under the purview of the BBMP and contains corporation water. I am planning to visit it again with my parents before booking a flat here.

I like to share some exceptional amenities that I observed from my previous visit to the Prestige Waterford location. The amenities here are one of the main reasons I am looking forward to investing in this project.

So if you ask me, I would definitely recommend this property as a good investment plan.

I have been searching for a large neighbourhood (10+ acres) in a well-developed location, and near ORR offices for the past 10 months. However, I could not locate anything that met every need. During my visit to this property, I found out Waterford apartments are appropriate for us. I am saying this because we were seeking vastu-compliant homes, lack of disturbance and spacious living. Let me share my Prestige Waterford reviews with you all. 

The Prestige Waterford project area extends about 16.51 acres while offering 3 and 4 BHK configurations in a total of 689 units. Apart from this, they offer spacious flats. Also, I loved that there are no legal issues with this gated community.

When I asked the sales team about the Prestige Waterford price, they said it starts from Rs 1.35 Cr and goes up to Rs 5 Crore based on BHK type. As I was in need of 3 BHK, I finally booked it.

My cousin booked a flat in Prestige Waterford, Whitefield. So, all of us cousins decided to visit the property as he had been signing a lot of praises for the property. But when we actually saw the property, we realised that our cousin wasn’t all bragging. The property is actually a dream property. I will tell you about a few things that I loved about it.

1. Prestige Waterford Location: On our way, I noticed that numerous hospitals, schools, malls, the major route for ITPL, and an IT cluster are close to the property.

2. It also has simple access to the new Metro station and good access to adjacent communities like Varthur, Hoodi, Kadugodi, Hope Farm, and Channasandra.

3. The builder also told us that corporate water is present and the area is under BBMP authority.

4. We also saw that local stores are accessible for daily requirements from the property.

5. This construction of Prestige Waterford is also commendable according to me.

I loved the property. It can be a very luxurious and comfortable abode.

I have booked a flat here in Prestige Waterford. It has a beautiful atmosphere and I feel that location-wise, it's perfect. The best thing about the property is that it offers about 87% open space. I have seen a few configurations here before booking a flat and I noticed that each bedroom has an attached toilet in the flats and there is a built-in glass partition separating the shower from the remainder of the toilet. 

Prestige Waterford price is a little over the edge But since they offer luxurious amenities, I think the price is justified. The price range for 1 to 4 BHK apartments lies between ₹1.42 to ₹3.03 crores. 

I have been in touch with the builder constantly and I feel that the building schedule appears to be very promising, and perhaps soon this property will rank among the best apartments in Bangalore. I am looking forward to the project's completion.

The area of Prestige Waterford is the most appealing thing to me. The location of the project is about a 15-minute walk from everything. Since we were newcomers to Bangalore, the Prestige Sales team did a fantastic job of assisting us in finding our ideal property. Even first-time buyers like us find the process to be clear and open, which simplifies things.

There is just one thing which I did not like much which is that all three-bedroom units have servant rooms and due to this arrangement the bedrooms appear to be incredibly little, with no space in either the living or dining room. I also saw that in a 3 bedroom flat, they provided 5 baths. Because of this, the room is smaller and the rest of the house appears to be quite crowded.

So, we opted for a 4 BHK flat rather than a 3 BHK.
