What are the reviews of Ramky One Harmony, Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad?

My aunt ended up purchasing property in Ramky One Harmony and shes over the moon about it. She keeps on talking about the society, about how Ramky One Harmony Hyderabad is a total gem for anyone looking for a comfortable and modern living space in the city.

She says that one of the best parts about this project is that it's an RERA-registered project with ID : P02200002611, which means it's completely legit. With news about fraud and project delays, this gave her immense sense of relief and comfort knowing that my investment was safe and secure.

She said that  Ramky One Harmony price is a reflection of the  top-notch construction quality.The range of amenities that Ramky One Harmony offers is impressive as well. Residents get a gym, a swimming pool,toddler’s pool ,creche,multipurpose hall, open air theatre, a clubhouse, and a children's play area. The project is surrounded by lush greenery, which provides a serene and peaceful environment for all. My aunt is very excited about the reflexology path and pedestrian friendly podium.

The pricing of the properties is similar to other projects in the area. The project has  been planned in such a way that the residents can live a comfortable yet peaceful life.

Ramky One Harmony possession date is set as in/around December 2023. So, the entire family is hoping that the handover happens as scheduled. A few minor concerns pointed by my aunt is regarding the maintenance of the common areas. Though, she hasn't experienced any major problems yet as the flat handover is yet to be done. Currently, the management team is  addressing all the issues and concerns of residents. 

The Ramky One Harmony project is a meticulously developed project with a variety of modern amenities such as a yoga & meditation hall, lift, swimming pool, multipurpose hall, basketball court, children's play area, tennis court, car parking, gym/fitness center, municipal drinking water, 24 hrs security personnel, clubhouse, power backup, CCTV surveillance, spa, cricket pitch, business center, creche, green landscaping, car wash area, atm, central courtyard, etc.
