What are the reviews of Raymond Realty Tenx, Thane?

I had a bad experience. The Raymond Tenx possession date for this year was promised to us, but as of now, we don't know when we will receive our flat. Our phone calls and visits are not even responded to by their sales representatives. They aren't even prepared to show us our flat, but they are offering free site visits to people who haven't made reservations yet. The Raymond Tenx price is also very high for both 1 and 2 BHK flats. As per my review, their customer policy needs to be reviewed without a doubt. Everything is pleasant up until the point at which you pay the money. I will rate 4 out of 10 to this project.

In this Raymond Ten X Era review, I’d like to highlight that the project the project configuration which is as follows;

The Raymond Ten x Era amount ranges from Rs. 1.47 Crores - Rs. 2.21 Crores.

The Raymond Tenx location is excellent. The Raymond Ten X Habitat is not far from Happy Kingdom School, where I work as a teacher. This project is in Thane West, Gokhale Road, Mumbai, which is just 0.6 kilometers from my school. So I reserved a 2 BHK flat in this project. The Raymond Tenx completion date is March 2025. There are, however, many amenities available, such as a gas pipeline, a clubhouse, an aerobics room, swimming pools, outdoor activities, indoor games, and more. Construction is underway on a township with malls and commercial buildings. This project is unquestionably among the greatest in Thane, in my opinion.

Raymond Ten x Era is an under-construction project and the expected Raymond Ten x Era possession date is by January 2029. This development consists of 38 storeys and 3 towers. The most important thing is that this project offers Vastu-compliant homes. You can call  022-68364141 to book a site visit. Some of the worth-mentioning amenities of this project are as follows;

The Raymond Ten x Era construction status is still under construction, and Tower B and Tower C has received RERA registration their RERA ID are P51700031762, and P51700045829 respectively. Raymond Ten x Era is located in Thane West, Mumbai. The most important Raymond Ten x Era locational advantages are as follows;

• S.T. Terminus: This bus station is only 5.1 kilometres away and can be reached in about 17 minutes.

• Vartak Nagar: This station is just 3.1 kilometres and is reachable in 9 minutes.

• Thane: The bus station is 6.7 km away and can be reached in around 16 minutes.

• Thane: The train station in Thane is 6.0 kilometres away and can be reached in about 21 minutes.

• Kalva: It takes 20 minutes to go to Kalwa station, which is 7.6 km distance.

Raymond Realty Tenx is a residential project that is expected to have 3 towers. As for the Raymond realty Thane floor plan let me tell you that as of now it is focusing on 2 BHK apartments only. They however later shared that in the near future, they are planning to provide 3 BHKs as well.

Ji has already shared the size of the apartments in detail hence you can refer to it. As for the Raymond Realty Thane location, let me tell you that it is very well-connected with the rest of the city. You must have heard about the Vihang Garden. This project is in close proximity to it. Raymond realty Thane address is

307,6th floor, Shiv Krupa society, B cabin, Gokhale Rd, Thane West. I overall loved the project since it sits amid a soothing green locale and is perfect for families. I am planning to visit it again this March with my mother so shall share another review if possible and give you the latest updates.

Raymond realty Thane location is good but I did not have a great experience during my visit there last month. Here are the reasons-

• We went there to check out a sample flat but we were denied. They had no such sample flats and since the project is under construction, they are not willing to show any flats as of now. 

• Raymond Realty Thane price is expected to be starting from Rs 1.15 crores onwards which is honestly way too much. The amenities they were talking about are very common amenities so I don’t know why exactly the rate is too high

• If you check the floor plan, you will see that the apartments are not even going to be very spacious as well. It will be compact and small, especially for the 2 BHKs.

• Raymond Realty Thane possession date is set for December 2025 so by now, they should have at least completed some flats that can be shown as demo flats but no.

• I personally feel this project is going to get congested. About 2500 families are expected to reside here as mentioned by the sales team. I think that for many people, the amenities are going to fall short for sure.

I visited this project last year in June so I think it will be better to wait for some more time to see what updates the project gets for itself. If you are really interested in it, do check it once yourself and then decide.

I am also planning to invest in a flat in Raymond Tenx, so I have been doing my research on this project. Let me tell you that Raymond Tenx is a residential project that is still under construction. It offers beautiful flats that are developed to offer a happy lifestyle. It offers 4 BHK flats (1394 square feet), 2 BHK flats (502 square feet – 635 square feet), 3 BHK flats (942 square feet – 1097 square feet), and 1 BHK flats (409 square feet – 415 square feet).

As far as I know, the project is available for possession from 1st November 2024. The prices in this project range from Rs. 90.62 Lacs to Rs. 1.55 Crores.
