What are the reviews of Risland the Ace, Perungudi, Chennai ?

I wanted to book an apartment in the Perungudi locale of Chennai. During my apartment hunt, I discovered this Risland The Ace Perungudi project. The Ace Perungudi location is a strategic one. 

It is a residential cum commercial locality south of Chennai. The nearby established locality includes Guindy, Velachery, Taramani, Madipakkam, and Nanganallur. The Tambaram railway station and Guindy railway station are located between 17.6 km and 8.9 km respectively. The Chennai International Airport is only 15 km from the project. 

However, everything was fine until I discovered the garbage dump that is located in close proximity to the project. I seriously doubt the condition of the road especially during the rainy season. Also, after every 20-30 min at least one garbage truck passes through this road with a stench and flies.

I am a bit confused and still thinking about whether or not to invest here.

The property is an under-construction one and the expected Risland The Ace possession date is June 2023. This project provides several categories of flats. I’ve provided a table for your reference;

I have been interested in buying a 3 BHK and conducted research on the residential project. Risland the Ace is located in Perungudi, Chennai. My Risland the Ace review will be location-centric. It is the most important factor to consider while getting a place. Transport is easy as Velachery Railway Station and Taramani Railway Station are only 2.5 km away. Medical care is nearby with Sri Krishnaram Medicals, Murugan Medicals, Preethi Medical, and Jayam Medicals within 2 km radius. Entertainment options like New Andhra Meals Hotel, Hi-Light Restaurant, Hotel Andhra Bhavan, Krishna Shopping Mall, and Grand square are nearby.
