What are the reviews of Risland the Ace, Perungudi, Chennai ?

Risland the Ace address is in Perungudi, which is a decent locality. You have essentials like Globus Medical and Chennai Corporation Dental Hospital nearby. Other social infrastructure like malls and markets are also within 2 km from the property. There are Cinepolis, More, and My Choice Supermarkets close by. However, I do have one concern which is the mundane design of the project. The elevation of the building is like a block, which could have been done better. The rest of the aspects are still good, so we have kept this property under consideration for now.

Hi Akash, I see there are already quite a lot of Risland the Ace reviews here, but I will share my experience of living here. We purchased a 3 BHK here and the place has a good mix of location, technology, Risland the Ace amenities and construction quality. The price is also better compared to others in Perunugudi. All rooms, including the hall and kitchen, are planned well with enough space. The East side of the apartments is pretty nice as a cool breeze flows throughout the day. Although there is some issue with smell, which is a bit of a downside here. Apart from that, the property is a good pick for residents and investors.

I wanted to book an apartment in the Perungudi locale of Chennai. During my apartment hunt, I discovered this Risland The Ace Perungudi project. The Ace Perungudi location is a strategic one. 

It is a residential cum commercial locality south of Chennai. The nearby established locality includes Guindy, Velachery, Taramani, Madipakkam, and Nanganallur. The Tambaram railway station and Guindy railway station are located between 17.6 km and 8.9 km respectively. The Chennai International Airport is only 15 km from the project. 

However, everything was fine until I discovered the garbage dump that is located in close proximity to the project. I seriously doubt the condition of the road especially during the rainy season. Also, after every 20-30 min at least one garbage truck passes through this road with a stench and flies.

I am a bit confused and still thinking about whether or not to invest here.
