There are some location advantages I discovered during my visit to Runal Spacio. The project is managed by PCMC and it is close to the Mumbai–Pune Expressway and the Santosa Resort. Red brick is used in the construction, as stated by the salesperson I met yesterday. There are various 3-bedroom floor plans. But I think it is a little more expensive than projects closer to this area. So it’s better if you take a look by yourself.

One of my friends advised me about Runal Spacio. He said the construction's grade is affected by the extremely late possession. Possession was delayed by the contractor by two years and will now take a further year. The client’s experiences were very unsatisfactory with the builder and the overall procedures. He also said that the project is on Rera's "blacklist." So if this is the case, it’s better to stay away from the projects like this and explore other projects.
