What are the reviews of Runwal Bliss, Kanjurmarg, Mumbai?

My sister, who lives near this project shared a Runwal Bliss review with me as I was planning to make an investment. Since I was looking for something instant, the first thing I asked after visiting them was the Runwal Bliss possession date. They informed me that they have both ready-to-move and under-construction apartments. The under-construction apartments would be completed by December 2027. Following this, I was also informed about the Runwal Bliss RERA number, which is  P51800001477 for Wing E, as I was interested in that. I decided to invest in a 2BHK unit after that. 

During my visit to the project location, I enquired about the starting Runwal Bliss price. An executive informed me that the price is starting from Rs. 2.09 crore. Following this, I also enquired about the amenities they were providing, which the person told me was a tennis court, amphitheatre, swimming pool, tennis court, children's play area, jogging track, and clubhouse. What surprised me from among these was the presence of a library and an aerobics room. Since the price seemed to be within my budget, I decided to book a unit. 

Hello, I was looking for 1-2 BHK apartments in the Kanjurmarg area. On visiting here I enquired about the Runwal Bliss 1.5 BHK price. The sales team informed us that there are only 2, 3, 5, and 6 BHK apartments available. The Runwal Bliss unit configuration are as follows;

After coming back, I researched a lot and found several negative online Runwal Bliss reviews. They are complaining about the terrible after-sales service of Runwal. It is because of this con I am still holding onto my decision to book an apartment here.

Runwal Bliss looks absolutely stunning and is really one of the most elegant projects ever constructed in Mumbai. The Runwal Bliss possession date is set for 2025, so I am planning to wait until March 2024 and then finalise an apartment here. This location enjoys the same locational advantages as Powai at a better price, so there is nothing to complain about. The Runwal Bliss construction status is under construction, but it is happening at a really great pace. I highly recommend that interested people check it out at least once and then decide. I will rate it 4.6/ 5.

I visited this project to book an apartment in the Runwal Bliss project. This is a RERA-registered project and the Runwal Bliss RERA number for Wing A is P51800001670. The Runwal Bliss Kanjurmarg address is Crompton Greaves Compound, Kanjur Village Rd, near Kanjurmarg Station Road, Kanjurmarg East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400042. While enquiring about the Runwal Bliss construction status, I got to know that the project is an under-construction, and the Runwal Bliss possession date is expected by Dec 2023.

I decided to write this review because I believe it's important to have a forum where I can voice my Runwal Bliss complaints. In August 2020, I paid for an apartment in this project, and I was told that I would have possession by March 2022. Here we are without any concrete handover deadlines. I'm really perplexed and angry right now. Furthermore, connecting with them is really difficult. I called them several times just to get an appointment so that I could go meet them and check how things were going. If you want a hassle-free, customer-focused experience, stay away from this project.
