Runwal Gardens floor plan, address, and all of that are good, but the problem is with their sales team. My cousin booked an apartment here and was assured of being given possession of it, but till now he has not gotten his apartment. They give 100% to get customers and make them pay the booking amount, but once that's done, they do not respond. They keep on asking for extra, unnecessary charges for no reason. 

He went to check out the project in December and clearly witnessed that none of the amenities was ready. He also discovered that they never refund booking fees, so he is afraid to cancel the deal.

One of the main reasons I was interested in Runwal Gardens was that the property had a beautiful park and even more beautiful flower gardens. I am an artist and I get a lot of inspiration in the lap of nature. I always prefer working in a park or a flower garden and that is why I chose Runwal Gardens. I read the Runwal Gardens review too and I was a little sceptical about the project. The Runwal Garden Dombivli review was not all good. Most of the review of Runwal Garden Dombivli said that they had been duped or some issue happened with them during their investment. But I took a leap of faith and put my money into the project. I think I am supremely lucky that there has been no issue in my purchase process or post purchase process yet. Also, the park and flower gardens are my favourite spots here, as expected. Runwal Gardens is a perfect abode for people like me who just love small cosy houses. I found out about the project through a friend and almost immediately paid a visit to the site. I read some  Runwal Gardens review that the prices are just too good for the configurations they offer. During my visit, I saw that they offer 1, 2, & 3 BHK flats in a price range of Rs. 34 to 78 lacs, which appears to be very affordable. But a Runwal Gardens Dombivli review that I read said that the pricing displayed and the actual price charged is quite different. And I cannot do anything but agree to this review of Runwal Garden Dombivli because I faced the same situation. When I contacted the builder for the prices I got a completely different and quite high price structure and when I asked about it, the builder said that his price structure was true since it included all the extra charges and that would be the final charge of the apartment. I found this to be very unlikely and stepped back and I’m so glad I did. Since then I have seen many Runwal Garden City Thane review that state that they had been charged way too much and were not satisfied with the purchase. So, please be careful if you want to invest in Runwal Gardens.
