Possession was very much delayed B3 building for almost 2.3 Years, even if the RERA date exceeded 2 years. This is the main point I wanted to highlight about the Sai Proviso Leisure Town review. The builder did not provide the correct compensation as required by RERA, and my friend has already complained about the builder to MAHA RERA. Because it provides a spacious carpet area and natural light in the home which was our main goal. I booked my 2 BHK flat here for two reasons. First, the price they provide in such a desirable location is fair. Second, I also avoided paying interest on my loan amount. And you are not under any loan commitment for 20 or 30 years.
