After hearing several positive Salarpuria Sattva Exotic reviews, I finally paid it a visit last month and am all set to invest there by February 2025. I have taken this decision after much consideration, like:

  1. The project has been built by the renowned real estate developer, the Sattva Group. They are a popular brand providing quality housing options so I am sure my property will have good ROI in the future

  2. The project has both 2 and 3 BHK properties so you can decide which will be a better option

  3. The property is huge. It has 3 towers and 345 units on a total area of 4.56 acres

The properties are well-planned and enjoy superb ventilation; hence, worth investing in. Do give it a look. I am sure you will like it.

My friends have been telling me that the Salarpuria Sattva Exotic price is quite a lot but to be honest, I feel the price is justified. The project is built by a reputed builder, is situated at a prime location in Bangalore, offers top-notch amenities and has everything required for a perfect life. Based on the property rates in Bangalore, charging Rs 1.03 crores, approx., for 2 BHK, is okay. All repeated builders charge the same price; in fact, they charge more, be it Godrej or Sobha. 

2 and 3 BHK properties here range between 989 sq ft and 1,352 sq ft so the price seems justified, at least to me, based on its area and other facilities. It\'s worth investing in so do give it a checkout before making any final decision.
