There is no indication that the construction will be finished in time. When I booked an apartment, the sales staff promised that the project would be finished by June 2023. But from what I see as of now, about 25% of the project has been finished. There is not enough transparency to get an idea about the completion of the project and the possession date. I think you better read more Satellite Elegance reviews before purchasing a flat here.

I spoke with one of the sales executives of the project the other day. From my experience I can share some information about the project with you. The design and architecture as per plans are impressive. I think it is quite a luxurious 2 BHK in Goregaon for just Rs.1.50 Crores.
