What are the reviews of Signature Global Proxima, Gurgaon Sector 89?

When I browsed a few online Signature Global Proxima reviews, I decided to visit the project. After visiting, I really liked the project & made up my mind to book a 2 BHK apartment here. However, though the builder is certified with ISO 9001:2015; 14001:2015; and 45001:2018, delivering the best quality before the promised time, I am a bit upset with the delay in construction. Even after 8 months, the progress remains stagnant, with no visible improvements. The project was originally supposed to be handed over by August 2024, but when I visited the site, the contractors and other staff mentioned that it would take another year or even a year and a half before possession is granted. However, I was able to gather from one staff member that the delay is due to the OC (Occupancy Certificate). Also, it\'s frustrating to note that Proxima 2, on the same site, is completed and is already handing over possession to its customers, making the delay all the more concerning.

Hi, I invested in this project. The Signature Global Proxima address is Sector 89, Gurugram. I really like the location and some of the locational advantages are as follows,

1. It provides easy connectivity from Dwarka expressway, NH8, Pataudi road & KMP expressway.

2. The Hero honda chowk, and Rajiv chowk are at a distance of 6 and 8 Km respectively

3. Cycling distance from IMT Manesar

4. The IGI airport is just 22 km

The Signature Global Proxima price of a type 1 2BHK is Rs. 2,525,736. Overall, this is a great project and I think investing here is worthy.
