Let me start with the SJR Parkway Homes address first. It is located in Avalahalli, off Sarjapur Road in Bangalore. She purchased a two-bedroom apartment there, but one or three bedrooms are also available. I overall liked the project for its several aspects like-
You will enjoy 3 open sides so be sure that there will be enough space for free flow of air and ventilation
The apartments have innovative designs that look elegant and luxurious
You will get 1, 2 and 3 BHK apartments here so you can choose a sized apartment as per your requirement
The project is RERA-approved so you will face no such legal issues (RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/180602/001851)
The SJR Parkway Homes price is also moderate. All the apartments are within Rs 37 lakhs to Rs 1.04 Crore.

They are not refunding the advance 1-year amount they took as praised
The construction materials used are not good. There are leakages evident almost in every apartment
They took money for a BESCOM connection but there has been no progress on that part
Please be 100% sure about investing here, and then only proceed.
