I conducted some research for this project. The following is what I honestly think.
All units adhere to Vastu principles. It is just 2.6 kilometres from the Hope Farm Signal and is close to schools and a metro stop. This project's only feature is that some of the apartments include private terraces with varying prices. There is also a sports centre near this complex. I am still in search of more Surya Humming Bird reviews to get better clarity about this project.

And I think the apartments have a little compact view and they are a bit pricey. I compared them with other residential apartments in the locality. It offers 2 and 3 BHK apartments with prices starting from Rs.74 Lakhs. For me, it is on a pricier side but you should personally visit before arriving at a decision.
I like the design of the flats and the overall project. The pricing is equally reasonable, in my opinion. According to the RERA schedule, the builders have promised to finish this project by the end of 2025. But when I spoke to the representatives on site, they mentioned that they are aiming to finish it up by end of 2023. I will wait for Surya Humming Bird reviews after possession before investing here.
