The one-bedroom at Emerald Square features more carpeting than any other one-bedroom in this area. The structure quality and the amenities available are very promising. He said the position of this development was the main barrier for him not going forward. From his point of view, this project is located away from the main street and is close to a number of factories and power lines. I think it is the ideal spot near Electronic City and it allowed me to purchase my ideal home here.
However, even if the government GST was cut, it's still 12% rather than 5%. There are currently no wifi connections and no optic fibre network around the property. Another concern is that the apartment has no backup power. We have to manage the electrical supply on our own. These are the issues I faced as a resident.
