I asked the sales executive about the quality of material and construction material used, the names he mentioned were all of high quality standards. I think the New Haven Ribbon Walk provides a dedicated way of life that will suit you and your lovely family. The complex offers both 1 and 2 BHK luxury flats with a price starting from Rs.34 Lakhs. I found that it allows us to look out over the lush Karanai Forest and stunning Mambakkam Lake. It can be a great investment option if you also like these facilities.

In my opinion, the apartment lacked security in some sense. Because you cannot communicate the security emergency by intercom. There is an absence of a smoke detector and the fire pipes' are just for show there. I have seen that the windows and the front entrance don't have safety grills. What I didn’t like is the windows of the bathroom are also open and accessible to visitors. This is what I didn’t like about the TATA New Haven Ribbon Walk review. But you can yourself decide by visiting it once.

I will share my TATA New Haven Ribbon Walk review. On my way, I observed that the project is located in a quiet neighbourhood and is close to VIT. The project is amidst lush greenery and there are lakes as well. I was informed that an IT park is planned nearby and a commuter bus would be available. I would say, you must visit the project first and see if it fits your needs. If you have senior citizens, they will find apartments here quiet and peaceful..
