My sister visited the project with her husband. She mentioned that the swimming pool is lovely and the banquet hall with the balcony looks very good. In her opinion, the drawback is that it's really hot everywhere as there is no airflow in public spaces. But she saw that the covered gallery has air conditioning to make lounging more comfortable. The Botanika project features all contemporary amenities, including high-speed lifts and a lovely clubhouse with a restaurant. Let me share my The Botanika review as I paid a visit to this property with my father recently. One of their representatives showed us the flats. And we booked a 3 BHK which was around 2255 sq ft after taking a thorough look. I have seen that the beautifully constructed Botanika residential building is situated in Gachibowli in a modular location. It is situated in a busy neighbourhood and borders the busy Gachibowli-Miyapur Road. I believe, unlike many new and upcoming residential projects, this one will offer great connectivity throughout the city. If you are also thinking of investing here, do visit the site yourself first. You will get a better sense of how this project is.

I think this is a bad investment since the property cannot be transferred in your name. Because the ownership is confusing and open to further legal disputes. I know that it is in a fantastic location but has poor construction quality. Apartments are large, however, the problem is the lack of privacy and open space. I also read one of The Botanika reviews that seemed quite unsatisfactory to me. It said that the views from lower stories are not very good from any angle. That’s why I think you can decide after taking a thorough look by yourself.
