What are the reviews of The Icon, Dhokali, Thane?

Risland Icon Thane has delayed possession which is not a good thing. My brother planned to book an apartment here and was told they will complete it by 2022 end. Later they said they would hand it over within mid-2023 but it seems they won’t be able to do it before 2024. 

Another problem I have heard about the Risland the Icon Thane project is their sales department. They would take the booking amount but in case of delay or something, they would not give the refund easily. My brother has dropped the idea of buying an apartment here as of now. I would suggest you visit the site and check progress. It will give you an idea on actual possession expectation, according;y, you can go ahead.

Risland group is a famous international real estate corporation. Its headquarters is in Hong Kong. The Risland Icon Thane is their first project in Thane. It is just 5 km from the Thane Railway Station and enjoys a great locality. You can travel anywhere from there easily and get an auto, cab, ola or uber without much fuss. I overall loved this Risland the Icon project and would rate it 4/ 5.

One of the best projects I've seen in recent years is THE ICON. The fact that they provide all the amenities they have advertised and that can be read in the Icon Thane reviews is what I enjoyed most about them. Apart from this, the Icon Thane floor plan is also commendable and the Icon reviews also boast of the amazing connectivity of the property.

The Icon Thane reviews that I have read are mostly good so I am all set to invest here.

My The Icon Thane reviews are not all positive since I have paid multiple visits to the property and I know that the neighbourhood has average levels of pollution and a lot of fruit and vegetable vendors occupy most of the road space, which results in traffic. However, I must admit that the project is low density and has good connectivity to the Eastern Express Highway. Shopping Centers, Schools, Hospitals, and Supermarkets are all nearby. I read in one of the Icon reviews that the next Metro station is an 8 minute walk away. The Icon Thane floor plan is also quite impressive with good spacious apartments but the rates are high for a middle-class man like me.

I read in the Icon Thane reviews on social media that there are 6 buildings in The Icon Thane floor plan, each having 30 stories and 220 apartments. A 1BHK apartment available here is priced at Rs. 82 L, while a 2BHK apartment can be bought for as much as Rs. 99 L according to The Icon price list. At The Icon, you must invest at least Rs. 1.7 Cr. for a 3BHK apartment. Some of the Icon reviews also said that this project may be worthwhile in the long run for those looking for financing options since Dhokali is a neighbourhood that is changing and has a potential social and physical infrastructure.
