What are the reviews of TVH Quadrant, Adyar, Chennai?

The building of TVH Quadrant is stunning since TVH is renowned for the excellence of its construction. But, being an owner here I can tell you that the occupancy rate as of now is terrible. I also feel that the

is not set as per the

. Also, if you want to travel to the right side of the building, there is no crosswalk in front of the apartment. So, we need to take a U-turn after 800 meters, which is busy with traffic. This is a walkway that runs parallel to the gate and the metro rail project is currently underway. I feel this is a major drawback.

Having said that, I would still say that there is no denying that TVH is a brand to rely on for excellence in construction quality.

Ever since I visited TVH Quadrant, I have been in love with the project. The complex's outside gives the impression of an upper-middle-class residential society. The TVH Quadrant Adyar address is Padmanabha Nagar, Adyar, Chennai, which, I must tell you, is a stunning neighbourhood, and is also quickly improving.

I have booked an apartment in TVH because it is an excellent project, a very spacious and well-kept residential tower. I am sure it will bear a good
