We have been staying in this residential property for six months now and I can say that it’s a perfect blend of comfort and opulence. Sobha Dream Acres has 2 BHK apartments, starting from Rs. 83 Lacs and covering an area of 81 Acres. The property has around 6500 apartments and it’s in East Bengaluru. The striking element of this residential area was the garden view, which caught my attention instantly. The view is mesmerising and very comforting.

The Sobha Dream Acres Varthur address is Panathur Main Road, Off, Outer Ring Rd, Balagere, East Bengaluru, Karnataka 560087 and is well connected with the rest of the city.

Many people have asked me about the Sobha Dream Acres 3 BHK price but let me tell you that, as far as I am aware, this project will only provide 2 BHKs. You can visit this project yourself and confirm it. Overall, this is a lovely project and I would definitely recommend others invest here.

Someone mentioned that this project will have 1 BHK as well so I went to check out the Sobha Dream Acres 1 BHK price but found out that there are only 2 BHK apartments. I was suggested to check another project by Sobha for 1BHK apartments.

Sobha Neopolis

has an inventory of 1, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK apartments between Rs 90 lakhs and Rs 3.7 crores. I liked the later more as

• It is located very close to Varthur Main Road so commuting to any place will be very easy

• This project will provide 30+ amenities 

• Sobha Neopolis's completion date is a bit late and is set for 2028 but its construction work is in full swing

• There will be 19 buildings here and 1630 units spread across 26.50 acres of land

If you are in a hurry, you can go for Sobha Dream Acres. The Sobha Dream Acres construction status is currently: under construction but will be wrapped up by next year. I will suggest you visit both of these and then decide which one will suit you better.

Find Affordable Properties in Bangalore on NoBroker

The Sobha Dream acres possession date is set for 2024 but I am not sure if it will get completed or not. A lot is yet under construction. I came across several Sobha Dream acres complaints recently and one from my very close friend. She had booked an apartment here in February and was assured that on cancellation, she will be refunded 80% of the money. However, in March, she lost her mother to cancer and had to cancel the deal. But Sobha Dream acres declined to make the refund. They said they will deduct 70-80% of the money as the cancellation fee. Till now she is struggling to get the refund. As for the Sobha Dream Acres status, also let me tell you that 1 BHKs are mostly completed and possession for several of them has been given. The 2 BHKs are mostly in the under construction stage and the officials say they will get completed by 2024. 

 

Other issues I noted about this project myself are:

• No proper car parking space is available

• They never refund the amount one pays for booking after cancellation

• Not at all spacious

• Drainage issues

• Not safe at night

• You won’t get 24*7 electricity supply here

• No Vastu rules followed

• Dirty roads 

I had high expectations from Sobha Dream acres Bangalore but it is now a BIG NO from me.

Sobha Dream acres Bangalore is providing Vastu compliant 2 BHK apartments. I visited this project in November and liked it. The Sobha Dream acres price starts from Rs 77 lakhs onwards. It has 6500 units and 28 towers so it's a huge residential project on Panathur Road, Varthur, Bangalore. The best part is that the towers are not at all congested. You will get to see enough space between the towers so be sure the apartments are going to get enough fresh air and sunlight. When I heard about the Sobha Dream Acres location, I was very happy as it is well connected to ORR. Now, I think the connectivity is bad because the roads are broken, and water gets collected in the underpass next to the project. It leads to long traffic jams in the lane. Moreover, before getting influenced by any Sobha Dream Acres Reviews. Remember that the roads have been under construction for years now and no improvement is visible. The developers are giving property way past the prescribed possession date. Hey, When I was online looking for Sobha Dream Acres Reviews, I didn't see any latest ones, all of them were from last year. I then decided to form my own Sobha Dream Acres Reviews 2022. I think the residential project is extremely expensive for the price being coated. The location is one of its greatest selling factors but you can find more affordable properties in the same location. It will have all the regular amenities as any other project (gym, park, pool, sports court, etc). There is a leakage issue in most of the apartments and even after calling about Sobha Dream Acres Amenities, Sobha hasn't fixed the issue. Just look at other properties on the site instead of checking Sobha Dream Acres NoBroker.
