What are the reviews of Sukhwani Panorama, Sus, Pune?

Before you read many Sukhwani Panorama reviews and think of the unit. You should think about the area where it is located. Sus is an upcoming area with the infrastructure being developed. You can already see highways that are under construction. There are many educational institutes nearby as well. VIBGYOR High School, Balewadi, Apple Blossom Nursery School and Aarambh Montessori House of Children to name a few. Medical infrastructure is also present in the area in the form of a 24x7 Hospital, VIGHNAHARTA HOSPITAL and Elite Healthcare, and Datar Hospital. There is a bus stop near Sukhwani Panorama. you do not have to worry about access to public transportation. 

A relative booked a unit in Sukhwani Panorama. The sales and handover process conducted by Sukhwani Constructions was smooth for them. They are happy with their 2 BHK in Sus, Pune. There is a big play area and swimming pool for the kids, and a gym for adults. The project has power backup, sewage treatment, an intercom system, security - CCTV backup and guards posted on the entry and exit gates. When I asked my aunt for a Sukhwani Panorama review, she told me she was happy with the price she paid for 733 sq ft.

I had heard a lot of Sukhwani Panorama review from a friend. He has been pointing out how the jogging track/ park which was promised in the brochure during pre-sales is absent. Due to area constraints, the builder has made a parking area in the space instead. There is a problem with water management in Sukhwani Panorama. I expected a 24X7 water supply. I can see that the open space is decreasing as new towers are being constructed. I hope the builder solves these problems quickly.

If you are planning on buying a property in Sukhwani Panorama. You should read my Sukhwani Panorama review. I bought a 2 BHK flat there. I am very happy with the gorgeous view of the hills. The society is peaceful and green yet there have been major issues. The biggest is water management. I have complained about it to the builder yet he hasn't helped the residents fulfil their commitments.
