Let me guide you regarding the eviction of the tenant. It is your property so you can take the decision and evict a tenant after the lease ends or you cancel the lease providing major reasons but in that case, you must give him a formal notice as per Section 106 of the Transfer of Property Act 1882. If your tenant refuses to leave, you can even lodge a complaint against him.
However you must also remember that the Supreme Court has ordered that you cannot evict a tenant unless it is absolutely necessary. So be sure you have justified reason and it is better to send a prior notice before taking such a step.
