What are the reviews of Tata Primanti, Sector 72, Gurgaon ?

I remember my brother asked me- is Tata Primanti a good investment to be made or not and honestly I then had no clue. He bought an apartment there and it was the biggest mistake of his life. Let me share the Tata Primanti floor plan first-

All the apartments are ready and seem good from the outside but let me tell you the inner story.

• The Tata Housing Primanti Gurgaon price is itself too much and on that, they will take huge maintenance charges (above Rs. 10k) without actually doing anything.

• You will get no security here at all. Outsiders come here anytime and it seems there is no restriction for them.

• All the corridors are always full of dust and dirt and the project overall seems to be located in a village

• They have also given their apartments for rent to tenants and their experience is pathetic. They have to pay for the amenities and several other charges so both renting or buying an apartment here is going to be your nightmare for sure

• Please be sure and then only book an apartment here. I saw a family asking for a refund and came to learn that they were promised a refund upon cancellation but for the past 3 months they have not got their money

• My brother had to renovate his apartment within a year after he shifted since they had used poor quality materials

• He is also facing leakage problems in the bathroom drainage system

I am very sure that the Tata Primanti Gurgaon resale value is never going to be good so it's better not to invest any money here.

I looked at the Tata Primanti layout in NoBroker first and then went to check out this project. We were shown an apartment by the officials and at one glance only you will realise that they have used cheap materials and fittings. I did not find anything luxurious here. Here are some things that led me to cancel the plan of booking an apartment here

• The kitchen slab I saw was very thin and it seemed that a little pressure can break it off

• The tiles in the kitchen and bathroom of the apartment I was shown also looked so cheap and old

• They have used grey Kota stone on bathrooms so I don’t know how they are mentioning these as luxurious

• The thing that concerned was the high voltage station just in front of Tower 1. During rainy season or waterlogging, it can be very dangerous

• The entrance looks dull 

• The rooms are also very small so you will feel suffocated once you start living there

• Also note that if you have a pet or planning to get one, don't buy an apartment here. The project is not a pet-friendly one.

Don’t fall for the Tata Primanti floor plan easily. They are not providing what they have shown on their website. Just check the Tata Primanti site plan on NoBroker and have an idea first before visiting the project for a better understanding.
