What are the reviews of Tata Promont, Banashankari, Bangalore ?

A friend of mine has recently bought a house in Tata Promont. He told me, one of the major selling points of Tata Promont is its prime location. The project is situated on a hilltop, providing breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery and cityscape.

The possession date for his unit was exactly as promised by the developer, and the entire process was smooth and hassle-free. The project is well-designed with world-class amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, landscaped gardens, and more. 4 BHK is sized at 993 sq.ft and in terms of Tata Promont Flat price, the flat can go as high as Rs. 8.25 Cr. Roughly translated it is ₹10.32 K/sq.ft. The super built-up area of 3BHK is 1,820.34 sq.ft. (169.12 sq.m.) to  2,522 sq.ft. (234.3 sq.m.). He also told me that the flat provides an out of this world view from the wide decks provided on two sides. Excellently planned project. Tata Promont complaints need to have the price point for the flats. The 3 BHK is sized at (2376. 0 Sq. Ft. - 2522. 0 Sq. Ft. ), Whereas the 4 BHK is sized at (3024. 0 Sq. Ft. - 3205. 0 Sq. Ft. ). The starting price for units is Rs. 1. 95 Cr. The 4 BHK is priced at a whopping 3. 24 Cr. I have no Tata Promont problems as all units are ready to move in.

Located in Banashankari, my Tata Promont review will talk about the location and connectivity aspect of the township. The project connects wonderfully to other parts of the city via roadways (Outer Ring Road (ORR), Mysore Road, and Kanakapura Road) and bus facility. Green Line provides great connectivity to important areas of Bangalore. Tata Promont is a good choice for families as National Hill View Public School, JSS Public School, Dayananda Sagar College, National College, BNM Institute of Technology, and BMS College of Engineering are located in the area.I didn’t find any Tata Promont complaints .Gopalan Arcade Mall, Gopalan Promenade Mall are roughly 15- 20 minutes away.
