  • If the builder

    is carrying an illegal construction of floors on the project, he has violated the building plan. Therefore, you can cancel your booking. 

  • If the builder has failed to complete construction within the stipulated period you can cancel the booking then as well.

  • You can file a complaint before the consumer forum and seek a refund of money paid by you with interest. 

  • You can also claim litigation costs and compensation for mental torture undergone by you.
