Freehold is a method by which the ownership of a property gets transferred from the government to a private person. 

The freehold application of a house is a process that involves multiple regulatory authorities. It cannot be estimated how much time the process will take as it depends on various factors. You will be informed by the authorities regarding the status of your application after the completion of the process. It should get done within 8 weeks. If it is not done, visit the registering office and ask the officials about it.

Step 1: Check out the

DDA Freehold Status website

.

Step 2: Choose the property type.

Step 3: Mention the Challan Number, Request ID, or User ID.

Step 4: Search for the application.

Your application's acceptance or deficiencies will be made clear by the outcomes. If the authorities have determined that your application is incomplete, you will have 45 working days to complete it.
