I remember facing the same issue. The NoBroker Rent Payment portal was not working. Here is what you can do:

  • Close the app, open it again and try to make the rent payment. Due to some technical issues this problem might have occurred

  • Restart your phone and check whether the problem still persists or not

  • Uninstall the NoBroker app,  install it again and try paying the rent

  • Try using the app after 24 hours

In my case, I was able to make the payment within 3 hours. But if all these fail, contact them on 092417 00000.
