If the landowner has blocked the frontage, you can file a case against him in the court of law.

If the property is landlocked, you may need to secure an easement from your neighboring property owner. An easement gives you access to your landlocked property. It might be as simple as your neighbors giving you the legal right to drive through their driveway to gain access to your property.
