I have faced the similar situation where my rental payment was debited but not credited to my owner’s account.  I therefore enquired about the rental payment debited not credited solution from my friend, who works in banking. He instructed me to follow the advice below:

  • Make contact with the landlord and present proof of the transaction to alert them to the disparity.

  • Get in touch with your bank or other financial organisation to let them know about the error and request a reversal of the payment.

When I did eventually get through to my bank, they informed me that my debited money would be returned within 24 hours to 7 working days. If you are experiencing the same situation, it is important that you take quick action to resolve the problem in order to prevent further complications.
