Ansal Heights 86 is located in Sector 86, Gurgaon in a 17.962 acres area. It is a residential project that offers 2, 3, 4 and 5 BHK apartments. The possession was to be delivered by 2017 but it is delayed and is still not ready to move in. The amenities are excellent and it has easy access from NH 8 & Dwarka Expressway. On the other hand, Ansal Hub 83 is located in Sector 83 in Gurgaon. It is a commercial project and has a high street shopping concept that is said to redefine the way retail business is conducted. So, if you are interested in commercial real estate, choose Ansal Hub 83 or else go for Ansal Heights 86.
