I was confused between the 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments. Ultimately, after doing my research and reading the floor plan, Triaa Elysia review online. I went with the 2 BHK which is sized at 729 sq ft. The project is spread across 2.5 acres of land.The possession date for the project is expected to be November 2023. I ended up paying ₹62.99 Lacs for my unit. The starting price is locked at ₹59.99 Lacs onwards with EMI starting from ₹44.73 K / Month. All the units are Vastu-compliant. The project is registered under the MahaRERA with RERA registration number P52100025389

The society comes with apartments in 2 BHK configurations and access to premium amenities such lush green and well-maintained park,amphitheatre,children's play area, gym, swimming pool, fire safety measures, 24*7 security, and CCTV surveillance. From the brochure, the clubhouse seems quite impressive. You can check details about unit size, price, and amenities online. I hope they add sporting facilities as well.

I recently bought a 2 BHK flat in Triaa Elysia and I couldn't be happier with my decision. The society is well connected to Pune International Airport as well as to Eon IT park and Mundhwa Kharadi road.Izabel and Pagegeana bus stations are just 9 minutes away. Whereas the Hadapsar and Manjari Budruk train stations are just 10-17 minutes away. Plenty of healthcare facilities like Aditya Hospital and Sai Hospital Located are within reach. Educational institutes like The Orbis School, Keshav Nagar and other educational institutes are just 5 minutes away.
