I am writing this Venkatesh Heights review because I visited this project a few months back. It is a residential development, and has apartments available in configurations of 1 RK, 1 BHK, and 2 BHK. The Venkatesh Heights project size is 1 Acre. It is a ready to move project. Overall, I liked this project because of its locational advantages;
It is close to my workspace that is Ultra Autosonic India (0.2 Km)
Pune Junction Railway Station is only 10.8 Km

Venkatesh Heights is a residential project in Loni Kalbhor. There are many residential and commercial developments in the area ie PG for students. A river known as Mula Mutha flows through the area. Getting back to Venkatesh Heights, I saw their 2 BHK flats recently. The size range of the apartment is 497.00 sq. ft. - 535.00 sq. ft. I was impressed with the separate parking for cars and bikes. The kitchen has a granite counter and tile flooring throughout the house. I read in another Venkatesh Heights Review that there is an issue with the municipal water supply to the area.

I like the location of Venkatesh Heights. The area is affordable and is connected to the rest of Pune by the highway (Pune Solapur Highway )and railway. Cabs, Ola, and Uber both come to society. There is a bus and auto stand within walking distance from the project. There are grocery shops within walking distance. The roads near the society are well maintained. Though, there is a lot of noise pollution because of its closeness to the national highway. Good schools and hospitals are nearby as well. The complex is clean and hygienic. Loni Kalbhor as an area is emerging, and supporting infrastructure is being constructed. I think investing in this area will bring high results in the future. The area is still developing. Safety is the biggest priority for me. I would like to highlight in this Venkatesh Heights Review that the society is safe as it is located near a police station. There is regular patrolling done by the police. I feel the society feels peaceful because it is away from the main city. Though, I would recommend being careful if you plan on travelling late at night. Other societies will emerge near Venkatesh Heights in the coming years. The population is spreading from the main city to empty areas now.
