What are the reviews of VTP Blue Waters Mahalunge, Pune?

Please go through the VTP Blue Waters complaints as well. Their staff is not at all helpful and never answers the queries properly. Let me share here my VTP Blue Waters Pune review and its negative aspects

• They will convince you and take the advance but whenever you will ask for its possession date, they will start giving lame excuses

• They will say that you will get your apartment soon but it's not going to happen. They will go on postponing the handover date

• If you book an apartment and later cancel it, be sure you won’t get the money back.

I don't know exactly when the VTP Blue Waters possession date is. I won’t be rating this project more than 1/ 5. 

The VTP Blue Waters Mahalunge location is great. It is just 3 km from Mumbai Bangalore Highway and also from Baner Road. And the Wakad Flyover is about 2.6km from it. You will get several connecting roads so travelling anywhere from there will not at all be an issue. I also had the query is Mahalunge good for investment, but after knowing its locational advantage, I am planning to visit this project myself. If possible I shall share another VTP Mahalunge review soon. 

Overall I have heard that this project is using branded materials to provide the best for the buyers. It will be better to wait another year and be sure. Do share any VTP Blue Waters Pune review if possible. 

A friend of mine gave me a VTP Blue Waters Pune review recently and he seemed pretty happy about the project. It is located just 1 km from the Promenade riverside and has beautiful natural views from all the apartments. The VTP Blue Waters RERA number is P52100009531.  So be sure it is very much legal and devoid of any builder chaos. The apartments range from 423 sq ft to 1445 sq ft. 

As far as I know, the VTP Blue Waters possession date is set for 2024 end but still, I will suggest you ask the officials about it once you visit the project. 

Here are my VTP blue waters reviews. Located in Mahalunge the project offers flats of 2. 3 BHK configurations. The price of the flats ranges from Rs. 36.93 lac to Rs. 87.58 lac. The location of the project is great. You can easily commute to IT Park Hinjewadi and avoid daily traffic jams and pollution living here. There are also some good schools and colleges such as VIBGYOR High School, CM International School, National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR) located nearby. This was my VTP Blue Waters mahalunge review.

The project VTP Blue Waters Mahalunge review has beautiful, luxurious 1, 2 & 3 BHK duplex homes. The property is located in an urban development corridor making it a good investment.

Moving on with my VTP Blue Waters customer reviews. The 1 BHK in the project is sized at 465 sq. ft and is priced at Rs. 43 Lacs onwards. The 2 BHK in the project is sized at 4615 - 693 sq. ft and is priced at Rs. 59-70 Lacs onwards. Finally, the3 BHK in the project is sized at 1445 sq. ft and is priced at Rs 1.45 Cr onwards.
