Q.

Want to construct a wall on our backside gallery which is the neighbour side wall. He himself covered his gallery upside and stopped air and sunlight for our side and our privacy is disturbed. Now we want to raise a high wall. On the ground, floor tenants keep changing and on the upper floor, the neighbour lives. We tried to construct a wall but he broke it violently. We don't want to file a case as we are legally right, but what to do next? Can we send him a stay order or any other option is there?
