To know the Vastu of the flat you first need to know the direction of the flat. I would suggest purchasing a flat which has the entrance in East, North, and West. These directions are considered auspicious but make sure that the entrance is not located on the North Eastside as this direction tends to attract negative energy. Also, don't place any idols in the main entrance. You should also construct a door that opens clockwise and not the other way round.
