Hi there,
For making a kharedi khat you are required to pay stamp duty. In the deputy registrar departments of the village where the land is located, the stamp duty shall be subtracted for this purpose by valuing it in accordance with the market price. The valuation fee is being eliminated by a secondary registrar. The second registrar discloses the registration fee and administrative costs for the purchase requisition document after reducing the stamp duty. The stamp duty set by the Sub-Registrar must also include the survey number, kind of land, names of the landowners, acreage of the land, reason for the land acquisition, and seller.
So, you may not have to pay for stamp duty again but for confirmation, I suggest you check at the registrar’s office to see if you need to pay for stamp duty again or not.
I hope this helps you.
