We (family) transferred our plot as marriage gift to our sister on marriage. We mentioned her name on gift deed but we also mentioned our brother in law's name in that gift deed with registration as (w/o) wife of, by his name. So, my question is, can my sister alone, without need of my brother in law, sell that property?
