Q.

We have bought a flat in Sohna, rural Gurgaon and we have got a tripartite agreement in which my married daughter is the owner, I, the mother, am the the co-applicant. Now the registration is to be done, I want to change the ownership completely in my name or at least be a joint owner of the flat with my daughter. How is this possible?

Hi, Ownership lies with the parties as mentioned in the agreement. If you have no ownership as per the agreement, Only the party having the ownership can grant you a part/full share of ownership (Your Daughter in this case) through a Gift/Sale Deed
