I hired 1st Choice Packers and Movers Mumbai because of their reviews but they turned out to be quite opposite of it. They promised to deliver in the appointed time but I heard no response from them on the moving day. The next day as well I had to initiate the call to reschedule when asked about the previous day's delay they ignored and did not even apologize. Very frustrating!
If asked for 1st Choice Packers and Movers Mumbai reviews, I would say that they did a decent job on handling the goods and packaging but the delivery was very out of line. They did not maintain any sort of communication with me and I was unaware that the package would leave two days later than the decided date. Overall I would suggest hiring someone with more professionalism.
A person hires packers and movers to make their task easy but 1st Choice Packers and Movers Mumbai did exactly the opposite. They were good with their packaging and management but the damage to my goods in the initial move was more expensive than the whole shift. They even asked me to insure some money if there was any damage and I did that, when confronted they said that this money was to insure the pickup and not the goods. I would highly recommend hiring someone with transparency and honesty.
