What are ACME Avenue Kandivali West, Mumbai reviews?

I was truly excited as soon as I came to know about ACME Avenue through a friend. I made the decision to make this place my home right away. I also read ACME Avenue construction updates and learned that the ACME Avenue possession date was December 2019. Since this was my first home, the entire process had been so memorable thanks to the superb planning and execution by team ACME Avenue at every turn. Transparency is always maintained by them. 

Worst project to invest in. I had read about ACME Avenue complaints but I wasn’t aware that the situation was this bad. The Customer relationship managers don't answer the phone or return texts. They continue to spread false information about the ACME Avenue price. The actual price for the 2 and 3 BHK flats is way too high for the ACME Avenue floor plan. Also, it is the most delayed project I can think of. Invest in this property only if you don't mind being duped. 

The ACME Avenue Kandivali West address is Ambedkar Rd, Kandivali, Charkop, Ambedkar Nagar, Kandivali West, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400067. This is the worst builder and worst project. I reserved in ACME Avenue ten years ago, and the wait since then seems never-ending. Even though the project is RERA approved and ACME Avenue RERA ID is P51800002030, P51800004402, still there is no chance of completion and handover for at least the next three years with the speed of building now underway. The fact that so many consumers' money is still stuck in this enterprise suggests that they are hiding a legal problem. I regret the day I made my flat reservation in this building.

ACME Avenue has been in the talks for a while in Mumbai. I remember once in a private gathering of a few friends and their spouses, my husband and his friends were discussing ACME Avenue Kandivali West reviews. One of them had recently visited the property and he said that he was very impressed with construction. There was laminated wood flooring in the master bedroom, vitrified flooring, non-toxic paint, modular switches, top-quality bathroom fittings, concealed plumbing and branded stainless steel fittings, etc. This gives out an idea that the project is well-built.

I have a friend in Kandivali West who visited this project, he mostly had positive ACME Avenue reviews. His major focus was on the amenities provided in it. He said that the promised amenities were yet to be delivered 100% when he visited. Also, the representative told him that they could change as per the permissions received for the same. Nonetheless, these are the things to expect in the ACME avenue project.
