What are Amrapali Princely Estate Noida Reviews?

My Aunt was keen to invest in properties in Noida. She had seen many online reviews about Amrapali Princely Estates. She went to see the project and had to be clear about Amrapali Princely Estates unit configuration. She was informed about the four options available.

The project had 2,3,4 BHK flats and also penthouses available. The Amrapali Princely Estates  price ranged from Rs. 60.1 Lakh to Rs. 3.20 Crore She felt the 2 BHK flat would be ideal and paid the token advance for it, and was happy with this good deal.

My cousin who lived in Gurgaon wanted to invest in properties in Noida. She was told by some associates of her’s about Amrapali Princely Estates. She wanted to be sure about the legal aspect of the property. When she enquired about the Amrapali Princely Estates Rera Number they told her it was UPRERAPRJ13954.

She saw the project amenities and found them to be in order. The project had a gym, a jogging track, multiple sports courts and the flats were Vastu compliant. Since she was satisfied from a legal viewpoint, he felt it would be worthwhile taking a flat here. 

My Niece wanted to see properties in Uttar Pradesh. Many of her friends had seen many Amrapali Princely Estate reviews online and recommended it to her. While surveying the project hotspots, she got to know that Morna Bus Station and Royal Tower were the closest bus stops.

Looking at metro connectivity, she found Noida Sector 76 to be the closest Metro Station. Noida Sector 101 and Noida Sector 50 Metro Stations were also a short distance away. There were shopping and convenience stores like Msg Store and Ch. Chetram Market which was close by.

The overall connectivity of the area is good and having varied transport systems makes it a good option. She felt investing here would be a good option. She went ahead and bought a flat here.
