ARV Royale amenities has more than 28 plus luxuries like, spa, wifi, basketball court, party area, swimming pool, tennis court, jogging track, badminton court, common garden, gym, parks and many more. ARV Royale location also has its advantages as it provides great connectivity to other locations of the city, my kid’s school kidzee is only 100m away, even my workplace is just 4 Kms away. This combination of luxury and accessibility is very hard to find under this budget.

Hello, I would like to share my ARV Royale review. This is a RERA registered project and the ARV Royale RERA number is P52100001161, and P2100016845. Here the 2 BHK unit area starts from 713 Sq Ft and 3 BHK unit area starts from 1012 Sq Ft, the floor plan is carefully thought out and is not at all congested. I would also like to highlight that the ARV Royale 2 BHK price starts from Rs. 65 Lakh and the ARV Royale 3 BHK price starts from Rs. 70 Lakh. This project was under my budget so I went ahead with it.

I visited ARV Royale during my recent apartment hunt and this is what I got to know about the project. ARV Royale unit configuration is of 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK apartments with facilities like bike and car parking, corporation and borewell. The total project size is 4 buildings with 52 units each. The society is really well maintained and the apartments are well ventilated. I have kept this property on halt right now as I am still exploring other options.
