What are Auro The Regent Kondapur Hyderabad Reviews?

Here are some of the amenities of the project that I learned about during my visit there-

• A Lake viewing deck 

• A designated reading place

• An Open Air Theatre with a 250-seating capacity

• Fully Equipped Outdoor Gym

• An Outdoor Party Lawn

I had also enquired about the project’s Interiors and found that:

1. A Teak Wood frame has been used for the main door and it has a melamine polish finish

2. Toughened Glass for windows along with mosquito mesh has been installed

3. Exterior emulsion paint is used for external walls.

4. Wash Basins and Modular switches will be of reputed make.

5. Balconies will have Glass railings on all floors.

I believe the apartments will be luxurious ones and I am waiting to finalise a property here soon. The Auro The Regent Possession date is set for September 2027, so I will wait till next year and will suggest you do the same. 

My friend wanted to invest in a property so he enquired about this project. He found that 

• This project has only 3 BHK residences, and the size of a 3BHK flat is within a range of 1497-2191 sq ft. 

• The Auro The Regent price list starts from Rs 1.8 crore onwards. 

• There are around 41 exclusive amenities available here

Since he was looking to invest in newly made projects, he showed interest in Auro the Regent and also loved the connectivity. Here is a list of places located close to the project:

• KIMS Hospital and Citizens Speciality Hospital are located 7 km away.

• The Lingampally Railway Station is situated just 3 km away.

• The project is just 5.6 km away from Gachibowli Outer Ring Road.

• CHIREC International School is just 0.6 km away. 

• The Max shopping mall is located within 7 km

In short, you will get malls, schools, hospitals, markets and other necessary places easily from here.

After hearing some Auro The Regent reviews, my cousin, who is planning to invest in a property in Hyd, did some more research.  He found that the project has been recently launched. The Auro The Regent location is just near Supreme Trampoline Park in New Doyens Colony, Serilingampally. Currently, the project is under construction. He also learned about some major details about the project like:

• The project has no common walls between the apartments. This will ensure privacy so he liked the concept

• It will have 5 buildings and 857 units in total

• The residents can enjoy magnificent views of the Gopi Cheruvu lakes

He seemed impressed with the project and is planning to book a property there soon. Based on his review I will rate this project 4.3/ 5 and would highly recommend others to invest in this project.
