I am actually thrilled to share my Bhoomi Arkade reviews here. We had been eyeing this property for a year, planning and saving to buy a 2 BHK apartment, and finally, we purchased it just a few months back. The best part is that the people are so welcoming and kind, and the security staff is so well organised and vigilant. 

The Bhoomi Arkade unit configuration is of 1 and 2 BHK and the project has been completed since May 2009. There are high-class amenities provided as well such as swimming pool, gym, community hall, clubhouse, park, party area, jogging track, badminton court, and so much more. My mom was also thrilled to know that the apartments are vastu compliant. Overall, it has been a nice experience here.

My family and I bought a 2 BHK apartment at Rs. 85 Lacs here around last year and we are going to complete one year this November. I can say that it has been a great experience living here. The apartments are so well maintained with proper security and staff. The community here is amazing as we celebrate all the festivities together. The pricing is also quite reasonable considering all the necessary and modern amenities provided. The Bhoomi Arkade project area is 1 acre, starting from Rs. 60.14 Lacs. In my opinion, this is a great investment if you are looking for a property in Kandivali East, Mumbai.
