These people don’t keep their word. They stated that their quotation includes packing at pickup and unpacking at the drop site. However, they didn’t unpack after reaching the drop point. I contacted the guy, who said he’d connect with his team and revert. But, that revert never took place. They are unprofessional and I won’t be booking them again for sure. Hello. I read quite a handful of DHL Movers and Packers reviews and decided to book their house shifting service. They were polite and responsive on the phone but I didn’t have the best experience when it came to the actual service. Their packaging needs to improve a lot because the packaging was loose and untidy. I was fortunate enough as I didn’t face a big loss. There were also issues with the delivery time. They took a long time to deliver everything and also lacked communication. I’d recommend you go for some other packer and mover.

Beware of the deceptive practices of DHL Movers and Packers. They are a major fraud. They collected my luggage and kept it in Noida for 8 days. Initially, they provided an attractive bill of Rs. 30,000. It has been 2 weeks, and my luggage has not yet arrived. Now, they have issued a new bill with increased charges, including an unauthorised insurance fee that is 30% of the good’s value. These practices are highly distressing, and such companies should be tracked and held accountable for their harassment of customers.

My son booked 13 items, including an adult bicycle, for transport from Khirki Extension to Assam through DHL Movers and Packers. Initially, they quoted Rs. 7000 for end-to-end delivery. However, once they picked up the items, they demanded Rs. 21,000 and refused to proceed without full payment. After negotiating, my son settled for Rs. 13,000. Despite the payment, he received only 11 items after 10 days. DHL retained his new mattress and a bicycle, demanding an additional Rs. 5000 for the bicycle's release. After paying the additional amount, they blocked his number and took no further action. It was an incredibly frustrating experience, taking over two months to resolve. I am writing this DHL Cargo Packers and Movers review to highlight the distressing experience that I faced with them. They initially quoted Rs. 2200+ GST to transport my mother’s scooter from Faridabad to Dehradun. After this they sent an invoice for Rs. 8300, demanding online payment via QR code before delivery. They refused to disclose the warehouse location or allow inspection before payment. Despite paying, they kept postponing delivery with various excuses. The person in charge was extremely rude and said, “Do what you can” when we threatened to file a police complaint. This company is running a scam operation. I urge others to be cautious and request an investigation into their practices.

I would like to share my DHL cargo packers and movers review with you. I moved to Mumbai last year with my family. Everything else was done, but we were looking to get our car transported through a car carrier service. 

I finally booked DHL, and they were professional throughout the service. I had concerns related to safety, but their carrier movement is managed by well trained people. Overall, we have a positive outlook towards their service.

Although I have positive remarks towards them, I recently tried NoBroker when my parents too shifted to Bangalore. I feel that their pricing and service are a little better when compared. So this gives us two good options to choose from in the future.
