What are DS Max Properties Pvt. Ltd. reviews?

Finding properties in Bangalore is such a tough job. I was almost on the verge of rejecting a new job offer in Bangalore because of this. For two months, I could not find a single apartment for my family. I thereafter came across a DS Max Silverbell apartment and was pretty happy with it. It had

• 24*7 security ensured

• Apartments are well-constructed, designed and maintained

• Affordable 2 and 3 BHK were available

• The Magadi Road was just 0.6 km from there so the location was very good

I loved the apartment and will definitely recommend people check it out once. This is a DS Max project so I will rate them 4.7/5 in this DS Max builder review. In fact, you must also know that

• It has won 130 national and international awards

• DS max has been in this field for above 15 years and is one of the most trusted developers of the city

So this is my DS Max properties review.

There are several DS Max upcoming projects. I came to learn about them from my husband. He is planning to buy a property in Begur called Senata, as his office is near it and he came to learn about the DS Max during one of his visits to that site. This project is just 10 minutes from SilkBoard (Madiwala). It will have 1 and 2 BHKs only, starting at Rs 53 lakhs. The area of the apartments will be between 1060 - 1162 sq.ft. The project is BBMP approved but we need to check it personally. Therefore, before investing, I wanted to know more about them and was able to learn about some of their upcoming projects. Here are a few:

• Shresta in Thanisandra 10 minutes from Manyata Tech Park

• Sukruth Chandapura 10 minutes from Narayana Hrudayalaya

• Savera Banashankari near National Public School

These are some upcoming projects of DS Max that I am aware of as of now.

Let me give you my honest DS Max review. I believe they are considered a prestigious brand in the real estate industry because their properties come with the most sought-after locations, excellent services, and competitive pricing. I like how their quest to develop environmentally-friendly modern infrastructure is fueled by their vast understanding of the innovative technologies and high-quality materials used in construction, the market niche and understanding the requirements of the customers.
